Directors’ Profiles
Mr Deepak Sanghvi holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Law degree from Pune University. He is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the Group’s projects and plays a pivotal role in its sales and marketing strategy.
With over 15 years of industry experience, he is a dynamic professional specialising in project management, sales leadership, and business development. He has a proven track record of driving growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Mr Sanghvi is adept at managing end-to-end project lifecycles, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing targeted marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
Ms Payal Sanghvi is an MBA graduate from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, and holds a Law degree from Pune University. She oversees the Group’s legal compliance and human resources functions.
With over 15 years of professional experience, she is a seasoned Legal and Human Resources Director with expertise in corporate governance, contract law, labour law compliance, conveyancing, and strategic HR management.
Her strengths lie in aligning legal frameworks with organisational policies to ensure risk mitigation, ethical governance, and sustainable workforce development. She is highly skilled in managing complex legal matters, fostering strong employee relations, and driving HR initiatives that support long-term business growth and organisational resilience.
Mr Ashutosh Joshi is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across banking, corporate credit, finance, accounting, taxation, and business advisory services.
He has spent seven years in the private banking sector, specialising in credit assessment and wealth management. Following his tenure in banking, and leveraging his extensive expertise in credit and client relations, he established his independent practice in Loan Syndication, Private Equity, and Project Finance in 2007.
Within the Group, Mr Joshi focuses on business development, transaction structuring, and identification of new growth opportunities, contributing strategic financial insight to support the Group’s expansion and diversification objectives.
