Job Description :
We are looking for enterprising and dynamic young men and women interested to work in Real Estate sector (Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi is essential)
1. Thorough knowledge pertaining to con-struction activity in real estate industry
2. Planning, Coordination & Execution of to-tal project work with all consultants and contractors
3. Complete Site Execution
4. Total Quality Management
5. Carpentry, plumbing, paint work, civil work (Brick work, plaster, R.C.C., P.C.C., Fabri-cation work, Waterproofing work etc
6. Flooring, False ceiling work, Aluminium Work etc. Interiors & finishing of large commercial buildings
7. Scheduling material and equipment pur-chases and deliveries
8. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
9. All site activities like MSEDCL connection, Demarcation etc
10. ERP- Good knowledge of ERP system For example – service in-dents ,Material indents , Abstracts , Debit notes , BOQ , reconciliation , Material is-sue
11. AUTO CAD-Good knowledge of Auto cad
12. MS. Excel- Good knowledge of Excel
13. Billing (Actual measurement sheet , quantity estimation , Work order amend-ment , Abstract in ERP, Debit Notes in ERP , Credit Note in ERP etc)
14. Site execution (checking & work planning of – RCC , BBM &Plaster , Tilling , Waterproofing , Electrical work , Plumbing Gypsum work , Painting work ) in ERP etc)
15. ERP -Service indents , Material in-dents against PO & Work orders ,Abstracts , Credit Note & Debit Notes for billing , Material issue to contractor from Respective material indent , reconciliation for BOQ , Material stock Reports ,
16. Planning – Building Activity planning – RCC , BBM & Plaster ,Tilling , Water-proofing , Electrical work , Plumbing Gyp-sum work ,Painting work.
17. Estimation – Estimation in Excel like BBS , Concrete , Plaster & BBM Quantity, Gypsum quantity , Tile Quantity , Dado , paint quantity, Waterproofing material Quantity
18. Quality -RCC-Cube casting , Re-bond hammer test , NDT test ,Finishing – proportion checking of All finishing work as per BOQ Material quality as per BOQ , Wastage Control
19. Computer Related – Daily progress (Excel) report , Weekly progress report , & Monthly progress report (Power point presentation ) ,Estimation in Excel , Mail Drafting to contractors about building is-sues & Upcoming Activity planning
20. Documentation – Cube Register , Drawing Registers , Billing Register , ma-terial issue Register , Plumbing pressure testing register , Waterproofing testing Register ,DPR Register , Labour report register , Material consumption register Snag list
